I'm not so sure about that. Joe loves to do the kind of vocal harmonies the Eagles soar with, plus they give him free reign to go completely nuts for a few songs every concert.

And IIRC, none of the Taylor replacement candidates knew at the time that they were auditioning (not to mention auditioning for a salaried position, not to join as a band member).

I would suggest a high seat for scoping. Point the camera at the big screen, use a small clamp or tripod thingy to lock it in place, plug in the externtal battery and then dont touch it for the rest of the night.
