Well, it's billed as a tribute to Bobby. If Keith shows up, it immediately becomes all about Keith, and he may not want to do that. (I'm reminded of Wood and Taylor at the Cutting Room in NYC, when everybody expected Keith to show, Jane Rose was there every night, etc., but he didn't appear--and if he had, he would have completely eclipsed W and T. I have no idea of his motive for not appearing, if he ever even contemplated it, but I'm guessing that tomorrow letting Bobby have the spotlight might be a factor. Total guess. )

I guess I kind of get that, But it is a tribute to Bobby. Keith's best friend. Who better than to help remembering him.

and yes Warner Hodges is a good bet to guest, on guitar. He and Dan Baird have a couple of bands going..

She tells me the best place to hang out and chat some is either by the bar in the back or in the pool room. Agreed. Watch your step from the bar to the main floor! I've almost faceplanted multiple times there. Mercy Lounge is a great venue. Sound is always good, and people do move around there. The only reason to get there early would be to grab one of the 6 chairs in the damn place. It's definitely an SRO venue. There's a big porch for the smokers and those who want a little breather. Even a sold out show there isn't completely jammed at least, and the bar is long with lots of good local brews on tap. Enjoy!

How the heck do you ladies know what you're going to be wearing already? You pick out your outfits days ahead of time, or are there just some "special" outfits that you wear for shows?
