My one question to Mick would be: WHY DID YOU INSIST ON RECORDING STREETS OF SHIT?!
My question for Keith: WHY DID YOU LET HIM?!

Funny, I thought that Chuck Leavell was the Stones leader (barf)
"Streets Of Shit" may be great by Jagger's solo standards, but a Stones song it ain't.

I'm gonna go blast 'Talk Is Cheap' as an apology to my ears for subjecting them to SOL.

Mick, do you prefer an enthusiastic, animated audience to the corporate dullards who mostly can afford today's prices?

Charlie, how did learn to dress so well?

Ron, have you ever read the Artist's Way by Julia Cameron? If not, you might want to.

Keith, as a father have you ever felt guilty about your serious drug use and the types of people who have profited from it?

I would also thank them for years of the best music and best shows I've ever heard and seen!

I have met Mick, Keith and Ronnie and when you meet them it is hard to remember all the things you would like to ask them. Each time I was mroe concerned about getting albums signed and getting photos taken with them. It is a very cool experience though meeting these guys.

I would ask
Charlie: if he would like to play his fav jazz records with me.
Mick: if he would like to join me on a cricket match at Lord's.
Keith: if he would like to go with me to the beach in West Wittering.
Ronnie: if he would like to give me a jazz painting of Charlie Parker.....

If Elton John / U2, Macca, Phil Collins or whoever (exept the Stones) played the ballad it would reach No. 1 and sell millions......

I've heard so many shitty ballads from the above mentioned and they are always considered being "GREEEEEEAAAAATTTTTT" - just wonder why.....

Question for Keef :

'is there any way you can stop Jagger putting tat like Streets Of Love on the new album ?'

Answer from Keef :

'guufffaawww, (nudges Ronnie), hheeeaaawww'

Brenda looks over at em both disapprovingly whilst Charlie looks the other way with a smirk

I would ask them all why they don't release more live recordings. They are a touring band now, moreso than a studio band, and their fans want to hear the live recordings. For those who are McCartney fans they will realize that for his tours from 1989-2005, considering audio CD and video DVD releases, he is careful to release every or nearly every live song he has performed. The Stones on the other hand leave us to audience versions of dozens of gems.

I don't know what I would ask them, but I know what I would tell them!

Keith: I apply for the leading role in @#$%& Blues II ! *lol*

"I would ask them all why they don't release more live recordings. They are a touring band now, moreso than a studio band, and their fans want to hear the live recordings."

Stones have release enough live recordings:

CD's: GLIYWI, GYYYO , LYL, SL, FlashPoint, Stripped (1/2 live), NS, LL
DVD's (Video): STITP, GS, SL, LATM, FF, R & R C, TR, BB, VL

Maybe I forgotten one or so - but this proves there are enough live records as well as with the greatest hits albums....

The thing that is missing is more studio albums.....

By the way - don't remember Macca having toured since 1989 (he did a Wings tour in the 70'ies), else it is more recent he began touring again......

McCartney did the Flowers in the Dirt tour World Tour in 1989-1990. He did over 100 shows in the U.S., Europe, South America and Japan, including playing to a world's record 100,000+ crown in Argentina. He did several unplugged type shows and appearances around 1992, and then he did a major U.S Tour again called the New World Tour in 1993.

You misunderstood my point on "more live songs". I meant more live titles. McCartney released a version of nearly every song he performed in either audio or video. The Stones probably performed 80 or more titles since 1989 and have released less than half of them.

You're all such lovely people, dancing gaily 'round the floor

The only thing that I see is: there is a new Stones single after 7 years and people make it down! Why? Why aren't we all happy to be able to listen to new material?

"Streets of Love" will make it to a high position in the charts - that was the intend to release it as single. And Mick's ballads are much better than Keith's, in particular the chorus is always a highlight.
"Rough Justice" is a Rolling Stones rocker, not more and not less. And it proves that the boys are still able to rock and grin to younger so called rock musicians.

i'd ask:-
any chance of some decent warm-up acts, on the Euro '06 tour?

any chance of a ticket for rumoured London club show, as i've never been lucky enough to get into one (Sheps Bush Empire, wasn't it??)

any chance on insisting, Lisa, wears a see-through negligee, for the entire tour?

any chance someone can wipe, that irritating grin, off Chuck Leavell's face, when the camera pan's on him , during a show?
(I don't mind Ronnie gurning and mugging at the paying audience...but not Chuck)

Is this your last tour...classic! How many years has that been asked? Bet the boys have a bet on how many times it'll get asked! Are they showing and signs of grinding to a halt, tour, album etc. etc.
