34 Stones concerts and counting. Non-drinker, but will take a toke if someone passes me one. Still married to my one and only wife. A pillar of society. Salt of the earth. Extremely ornery, though. My other passion is Ford Mustangs and Jeeps. Love basset hounds more than anything else. The pillar part may not be exactly accurate.

Yes josephi, he's my dog...actually, I should say I'm his human. smiling smiley

Latebloomer, I don't know who Sally Wood and Patti Hansen are, let alone their age. So to me you're ageless.

But don't they say that people who have a dog resemble their dog? smiling smiley

Dear me, I sure hope not! Though he is cute, I wouldn't want ears or a nose like Errol's. Too bad for you that I don't look like Mick Taylor. grinning smiley

There's only one Mick Taylor, no lookalikes allowed.

1st Album was December Children and Got live if you wanted.
Got me stared as a Stones freak.

1st new release was Exile. What happened to my cool post cards inside that album. Haha.

Nothing grabbed me like the Stones. They are truely a way of life.

Maybe we should have a junior section for kids under 50 and a senior section for those plus 50?

Hi Havo,

that's interesting. Then you saw the Stones for your first time at the age of eleven years only, first at the Berlin Waldbühne and then in London Hyde Park, a long way away. The age seems pretty young and the travel from Berlin to London also looks not like the dayly routine of a Berlin boy of eleven in 1965. How come? Were your parents stones fans or what's the story behind this? If you don't mind telling us.

Raise it to 60. Before that age you haven't experienced the real Stones era.

Hyde Park, of course, 1969. That makes more sense.

62. First saw them on TV on the Clay Cole show when I was 11 and immediately started begging my father for a guitar. Took a couple of years before he took me seriously. Still playing to this day. I'm 10 years younger than Mick and Keith and one of the many things I have to thank them for is that they made growing older cool. First saw them at 2 MSG shows in 1972 (including Mick's birthday pie-throwing show) and have seen them many times, many places since.

Havo, you must have been very young in Berlin, 65.

Me and my friends were like 14/15 at our first gig in Essen 1970. And I remember the old stewards didn't want to let us in. We had to talk and fight our way in . .

Here's my two most recent owners, Bo and Jake.
Bo was the ornery one, Jake the more affectionate.
They are no longer with us.
Every year the local basset rescue holds a "waddle". Nothing quite like seeing upwards of 100 basset hounds romping together.
