(longer solo!).

Wow, that made my day.

Cool find! I get why they made the editing choices though.

I actually know that the made these cool but eyehurting videos,
but never watched them to be honest.

was Where the Boys Go ever released as a single anywhere?

I know the answer is probably no...lord knows I've checked.

I ask because I remember being 15 years old and 'seeing' the 45 in a record store. I'd previously bought She's So Cold, and then the Emotional Rescue 45s, and then the album Emotional Rescue.

I didn't buy the "Where The Boys Go" 45 when I saw it, because I thought it would be a waste of money as I already had it on the album I'd just bought.

I've never heard or seen it again, so I'm wondering if I'm 'misremembering'.

Anyone?

Anyone know?

On a side note, who did the female vocals?

The backup vocalists) were just little girls who live up the road. In New York... Central Park West...
They had all the attitudes off, it was the notes they couldn't get. (Laughs) .....
Mick Jagger 1990

The longer solo and longer ending are new to me. Thanks for posting. A treat of an addition to that bildungsroman.

Lots of fun. A much better track than I first thought all those years ago.

I'd never watched the video until now after reading that it's different. It's just unedited. I love hearing their unedited tracks.

Is the production/mixing different? This sounds better than the version on the album; actually sounds damn good here!

It's just un-edited.

However, if you only have the CBS CD of ER, I can understand that this one sounds better smiling smiley

The ER vinyl is imo among the best-sounding albums the Stones ever put out.
