"Whoa Voodoo Brew, it's the original US pressing and not a Dutch reissue. Praise the Lord I found one. Thank you Dieter H. for the matrix numbers!!" >grinning smiley<

Never managed to get an original "Voodoo Residue" (on cd-r) though... The FBI beat me to it as they found Mr Vigotone in his "cave"... smoking smiley

I kinda miss the excitement of receiving the latest "Basement News", making a list of interesting titles then going to the next record fair at dawn and storming the dealers' booths at the opening.

Not a bad way to spend your time and cash in the mid-90's! grinning smiley

Indeed.thumbs up

I spent two years playing "The Embryo YGMR" from VOODOO STEW almost non-stop and rehearsed my dancemoves and HEY-HEY-HEY- YOU GOT ME ROCKING NOW timing for the live version (in slow motion).
When friends phoned me these years they asked "Are you playing YOU GOT ME ROCKING again"???
Strange question (it was blasting from my stereo Non-Stop). Not only because my father WAS A BUTCHER CUTTING THE MEAT by the wayspinning smiley sticking its tongue out.
These days I don't listen to it anymore.

YGMR is one of the two songs I have deleted from my iTunes VL track listing...horrible song on CD and even worse live!
This version is nice though...I can picture Dylan having sang this arrangment...it is a Keef tune...

Pleae bring back LIS and dump this song from the set. That is some of Jaggers BEST harp playing...
