In the new version of Google Maps you can measure the distance if you right-click on the location ....
five minutes? You must be joking. I guess fifteen seconds is more likely. But most likely their website will break down immediately, tickets that are already in your shopping cart will disappear while your typing in your credit card details, your computer screen will freeze etc etc. Thus it will turn out to be a kind of lottery and some lucky joker will be able to get an official tickets some five hours after the sale has begun because all others who are trying to get through block each other in accessing the website. This I'm somehow glad, that I don't have to do all that (since LA is some 10 hours flight way…)

they have a "global list" of top streams. we have to hope that it appears in that list. or, that they tell us what their name on periscope is so we can follow them.
it's not clear that fans will be allowed to stream live from the show, but U2 seems to have been allowing it.

I can see the headlines now...Rolling Stones Show Sells Out in 5 Minutes.
I'm not sure what to think about this online ticket sale. I believe the ones who made the effort to get their butts to the venue from miles away should have first crack at the tickets.
I can just imagine some secondary ticket seller with a bank of fast computers and bots ready to pounce on this one. If I see tickets of StubHub for $10,000 this afternoon I'll be bummed.

It's agonizing to sit around on the wrong side of the pond for this, I hope the Stones plan another club show in Paris/London to even things out.
