To post pictures you have to copy them from your computer to one of the
free internet picture hosting site like imgur.com or tinypic.com or photobucket.com

Once your picture is on the internet you post it
here by placing the image location between two brackets.
[ i m g ] image location [ / i m g ]
do not use spaces between the letters

You can practice without uploading by using picture on the internet,
select the pic, view image and then right click to "copy image location",
then paste the image location between the brackets. It is a lot easier to do than write.

The official IORR explaination is here [www.iorr.org]
scroll down to the official How to publish a picture on the IORR forum pages.

Thanks!!

Im sorry man... dont put the spaces in there...

Quote this message and then take a look to see what it looks like

In the tiny pic website, go to SEE RAW IMAGE, and then right click to copy image location, and then put it in bewtween the brackets...

It is pretty easy once you get the hang of it.

Th reason I say quote this post is to see what it lloks like to get
the picture to show up. If I type it in without the space, it thinks
I am doing a picture and just shows this thing

Cool Nellcote pic!!!

I copy pasted this>> h ttp://de.tinypic.com/m/iwuag6/4
in to a new window and when the picture came up I right clicked
to get this h ttp://oi57.tinypic.com/9057k5.jpg

Then I pasted the address in between the brackets..

You almost have it...
You are not the only one overtime to have issues doing this, which
is why I offer some assistenace :) Plus I like to see pictures

Please note I added a space after the first "h" to show the code,
h ttp://oi57.tinypic.com/9057k5.jpg other wise it just shows the short address.

[oi57.tinypic.com]

you can see it if you quote this.

BTW- if you, or anyone reading this, can at least get your cool picture
posted to a picture sharing site where it can be seen, but maybe have
issues getting it to show up here, just post the link here and you put
my name at the bottom of the post and I could come along later and
post it up for you... until you get the hang of posting them here...
I like to see people's original cool Stones related pictures.

I guess that offer is good as long as you see me actively on this board.

Exchanges - VIP absolutely not, others depends on venue. Raleigh - yes, Nashville and ATL no.

Did you call TM and get the confirmation on Raleigh and Atlanta directly?

Thanks,

Mike

Reading the "I will figure out how to post these pics" post this morning was hilarious. Thanks for giving me something to go with my coffee!

Also: anyone ever tried to sell VIP tickets? Not the package but just the seats? TM told me the entire thing is non-transferable, but I'm thinking I misunderstood?

Asking because still trying to get best seats possible for Nashville and have 2 Gold section seats to sell if I get better.

No exchanges for Pittsburgh. Just got off the phone with a TM rep.

That's because the TD Garden allows exchanges. Heinz Field does not. Ticketmadter hss no say in the matter.

This isn't true. It is possible to exchange tickets at Heinz Field.

I have 4 sets for the columbus show. My brothers decided they would rather do Indy. I have two in section b row 33 and two in section b row 16. I also have two in section a row 3 and two in section e row 13. sold the set in section 22a. 853.50 per set

Have you actually exchanged tickets? I have called four seperate times and was told by TM that Heinz does not allow ticket exchanges. I would love to be wrong on this.

Yes, I've exchanged one ticket for Heinz Field. Still can't believe this policy exists and that they did it.

I tried a bunch of times to exchange for Ohio stadium in columbus, even talked to a supervisor and was told repeated times that they do not except exchanges, same with Buffalo.

I managed to exchange tickets for the Raleigh show. I'd originally bought 3 x $250 (+ garbage fees) bleacher tickets during the presales. Then on Friday they released better (I hope !) tickets in the same section. I managed to get us moved forward by 24 rows.

StonesHood,
I made the exchange by phone: I told the agent which tickets I wanted and which I already had (TM account). I picked the new tickets from the stadium map. The old tickets showed up on the map about 10 minutes later. In fact it looks like someone has bought 2 of them.

anybody ever had a seat on the left side facing the stage for a recent stones tour. I have a ticket in the third row on the far left side of the field. Never been anywhere near the floor/field for a stones stadium concert. always been sitting up in the clouds. like to hear from anyone who can give me a sense of what this left sideline section might be like?

You will LOVE it and once you get close to that stage you are addicted, you will never want to settle for those clouds again!!! ENJOY

I agree with this in general, but just know that there is a big difference between US football stadiums and baseball stadiums. In a football stadium (most venues on this tour), the seats on the far left and right are right about where the side screens and speakers are, and are fine. But in a baseball stadium (Petco, Comerica) depending on how seats are arranged, the far left and right can extend far beyond that because of the width of the field from the left field corner to the right field corner.

Rehearsals = LA

Warm-Up Gig(s) = Warm-up gig(s) are likely to take place somewhere in/near San Diego.

If I were you, I'd keep 20 May 2015 in mind!grinning smiley

Hopefully BV will confirm/correct this info as May approaches.

As usual, I must say this is in the works "God willing; good health; no SNAFUS/FUBARS".

With luck, BV will post the location(s) of the warm-up gig(s).....ie Club XVZ!

Hey Teddy, it's quite impossible to get a "thank you" around this joint. It's also IMPOSSIBLE to not have threads merged. It's enough to make me say 'scr^w it, get all your info from BV'.Afterall, BV does control this place!

Man, tough crowd. I hope you all find the surprise gigs and get in. Enjoy.....

The other night I went to see Fast and Furious 7 in a theater in Los Angeles, near where I live. I got to my seat about 5 minutes before the previews started. In that time, there were 2 ads for the Stones Zip Code tour.

Hello,

My fiance has graciously agreed to cap off our honeymoon with the Dallas show on June 6th. The idea was to splurge on $400 tickets and get as close to the stage as possible. The best I could do was 1 ticket in section D, row 34 and another in section D row 27. I'm sure we could find a way to stand together but would prefer to minimize the odds of anyone giving us a hard time.

If anyone has a ticket in row 27 or 26/28 and would be willing to trade for our row 34 ticket we would gladly supply all beverages before the show.

Many thanks,

Keith
