What tune is Bitch "inspired" by?
Can't recall the title off the top of my head, but it's an old soul song.

Interesting factoid- just watched a Youtube interview with Martin Barre recalling his audition for Tull after Mick Abrahams departure in November 1968.
Basically a cattle call, with loads of guitarists lining the perimeter of the room and the Tull rhythm section in the middle jamming with each prospect in turn. Among them was none other than Bluesbreaker Mick Taylor. Never heard that before. As we know, Tony Iommi got the gig and was quickly revealed to be a poor fit and Martin got the call.

The band I listened to most in order 'to get it'. I never got it.

Wow, that's terrible.
They had Mickey for a while. Then when he split they got Bill. Then when Mickey came back they kept em both and the rest is history. Mickey came back in like 74ish and it was that way till the end.Quote
