I heard this song on the PA before Lucinda Williams hit the stage at the Troubadour last night. Some googling revealed it was sung by Matt Blake, a protégé of sorts of Lucinda's. It's a great Americana valentine to Keef, with shout-outs to Brown Sugar and Shattered.
