Back in the 60's, The Rolling Stones has appeared in several british and american TV Shows. Most of these appearances was wiped in 1967/68/69. The original broadcast tapes were often re-used by the broadcast companies to record new TV shows, so all the appearances listed in this video is lost forever, including The Rolling Stones' first ever TV appearance.

There are some rare pics in there. At 5:18...never seen those, and the blurry ones after it; looks like some rare stuff.
I'd love to see that clip when they did "Down Home Girl".
Also I wonder what song it was when Brian and Keith both are on their knees next to Jagger; kind of giving him the guitar pose.

The picture with Brian and Keith on their knees is a rehearsal from that day.They're probabily not playing anything. Or they're miming to one the songs listed in the photo.

Man, I did it again. I clicked on a YouTube link hoping to see a "LOST TV Appearances - New Video Updated" video. But no, once again it is a bunch of pictures with audio.

There should be another channel than YouTube for distributing videos that are not really videos.

Hi all,a weird one I remember is an appearance on The Kenny Everete Show.I missed Kennys intro and it sounded like Natural Born Boogie by Humble Pie it was the Stones doing Little Queenie.BTW this was the tv show.It actually looked like a promo film.Never saw it before or since.

Not a 'lost' appearance, but an inaccurate one, is their appearance on the American TV show 'Hullabaloo' on November 15, 1965. They did She Said Yeah and Get Off My Cloud. The show was shot in 'Living Color' on NBC, but only exists now as a grainy black and white kinescope.

That's a familiar photo, which I believe was included in The Rolling Stones: The First Twenty Years (David Dalton).
