Paris'98 I was front row. At the begining of "Flip The Switch" I saw Bobby appear at the top of the stage. I waved at him giving him the "thumbs up".

He seemed touched that someoen in the crowd was looking at him and he made a "hi" sign holding his sax in the air back to me.

Thx Bobby for everything! thumbs up

Thanks for everything Bobby. You made time for me and played on my track & I'll be grateful forever that we met and worked together.

Here's the song for free. This was last year. His solo is genius.

Just contributed so, so much to the Stones and their overall sound over the years. Impossible to imagine some songs without Bobby's blowing. RIP Big Texan.

So sad news. Heavy loss.

Thank you, Bobby, for all your music!

One remaining relief for us, though: You will not disappear, but always live on in all there is of recorded studio and live music, of which you are an exquisite part, so long as some people listen to it.

On the first Hyde Park Show in 2013 I had travelled to London with a bunch of friends, we were thrilled when the band started playing and we sang and danced our way into the concert.
Then, when the sun had set down a bit, they started playing Miss You and when Bobby Keys started his sax solo was the moment we all lost it completely. It was so gut-hitting and magical, I still remember how that sound hit me right through my entire body and filled me up with an incredible amount of pure joy. It took the song to a totally different level, we all were really elevated and went bananas.
I will not forget that moment and every time I put on the Hyde Park album version of Sweet Summer Sun (it's not the Miss You Version on the DVD) I can listen to that incredible Sax again and remember this night in London!
Thank you for that special moment, Bobby!

He was THE saxophonist of the Stones. He has been doing a real great job for about 45 years.
He was very nice and friendly. I met him in Paris on February 12th, 2014 and gave me his autograph.
We miss him. Rest in peace.
