Maybe we just got the time wrong, 8:30 AM EST seems too early. I remember prior tour announcements taking place at 11:30 AM EST. The day isn't over yet!

They do not delay any tour announcements because of one single date or show being in question. Then they just say TBD. Remember when LA Kings were in the NHL playoffs in 2013 they had an TBD for the opening show at Staples, they even sold tickets with that condition I think. If there is a delay of the tour announcement then it is probably due to a technicality regarding pre-sales and regular sales I think. You can't push the butten if the channel is not ready for the demand.

Or maybe the timezone was wrong as 8:30 PT is 11:30 ET.

I'll admit that Cohl definitely had a vision but he was not Bill Graham by any means, still i'd take him over what we have now because at least with Cohl from Steel Wheels through A Bigger Bang there was a common person in charge of the whole touring apparatus. Now we definitely don't have that.

True, but they could still announce the tour and just say the ticket go on sale next week or so. having at least the dates fixed would help a lot with travel arrangements

Agreed. Different cities added could affect travel plans for many. I sincerely hope they move a little closer to Boston, I like that Hartford CT site….lol!!

ADTL,GET UP STAND UP, INFAMY, THE WORSE...last 4 before the B stage....AMAZING!

There is a 6 day gap between San Diego May 24 and Columbus Ohio May 30.

How about Seattle May 26 and Vancouver May 28?

These guys are 70 years old - you think they are going to do 4 shows in 6 days?

As far as moving the stage, it is 2,400 miles from Vancouver to Columbus. Semi-trucks can only go about 1,200 miles in 24 hours, and that is with team drivers. I'm sure they also need more than 24 hours to set everything up.

I'm guessing they have two stages. If you look at the (alleged) schedule it makes sense to start with "stage one" in San Diego and "stage two" in Columbus. Then, if they leap frog them around the country both end up near Toronto where I'm guessing they are stored. The Quebec festival will likely have its own stage.

What a week to be more or less offline!

It's pretty much looking like I won't be able to make the trip from the UK.

Was hoping to make either Dallas or San Diego. Disappointing but still feeling the excitement for everyone else - and just the fact that there's going to be another Stones tour!

Hoping all those of you planning to go whether from North America or elsewhere get the tickets you want. Whether the announcement is today or not.

Keith read the PR and finding no mention of Taylor gets told by Mick's minder that he's "uninvited" -> blows a gasket!

YOU turned it political. The other guy just said the Post was a shit paper which it is, not because it is right wing. The NY Daily News is left wing and is just as shitty as the Post. Two really shitty papers. Opposite politically. You assumed, typically, that because someone criticized the Post it is because of politics.

I still enjoy your lovely Derby Downs and Columbus recordings on occasion. Are you suuuuuuure you don't wanna see the Stones in Atlanta????

From where you described your location at the Louisville show, I'm surprised I didn't see you. I was in that locale going from the 10th row up to the 2nd or 3rd, once I saw how confused the ushers were.
