Would love to know the same, with DC and Philly out, M&T would be a perfect venue but so far there has been 0 word about a Baltimore show. Last time they were here was in '06.
Well, they could still play Alpine Valley (that would be awesome!!) or other venue that day... Stadium show midweek still looks unlikely.
I agree it seems a bit strange, since the Jazz Festival is in Victoria, BC.
It would make more sense if Lisa's moved date was due to a Stones concert in Seattle or Vancouver.
Booked a hotel room (can be cancelled) just in case. This looks like it might be my best chance to see them again as the potential Buffalo & Quebec dates do not work for me. Still hoping for something closer to Ottawa though. Worst case it's an 8 hour drive for me.
Any pics? What about venue and date?

Most of the time there isn't even a presale code. You just need to be able to pay with an Amex card. If there is a code I would think they would probably put it up on their website & Facebook page.
If you live in Chicago you would have to drive a bit or fly to Buffalo or Indianapolis. This is the sort of secondary markets tour. Not that San Diego, Atlanta, Buffalo etc are small cities, but they are not as large as LA, Chicago, Boston may be. They did three shows in Chicago two years ago, I saw them there and many others saw them there, now it is time for Indianapolis, Buffalo and a dozen or so other great cities to have our favorite band coming into town. Flights are cheap. see you on tour!

Question about the American Express presale, if you are a holder where do you get the presale code, can't remember how they did this when I got tickets this way in 2005.

So Atlanta is confirmed... Now we just need to know if Nashville or Louisville are on the radar! One of my sources confirmed that the Yum Center here in Louisville was indeed looked at, but no information beyond that. I would assume no Louisville show.

Current BV rumoured dates indicate a little longer timeframe than Europe '13', which was 14 shows. Looking forward to the complete picture!!
