I'll never judge that. I even brought a glass one day to rehearsals when they were in Toronto back in the day. And you know what? It really does work.

Right, there's basically been zero info from the fans apart from some hearsay reports from FB, I think we did a better job reporting from the Paris rehearsals ;-)
That "friend" looks a lot like Torje Eike, their physical trainer, to me ;-) First noticed him in Bondy in 2012 when he was looking at us on the balcony, almost with a tear in his eye it seems witnessing these ecstatic fans who couldn't believe their luck. He makes a thorough inspection of the stage before each show and then follows Mick's each and every move, popping out a flashlight to help him find his bearings if need be. Seems to be totally dedicated to Mick and the band, they're lucky to have that kind of help aboard.

Clearly the reporter was referring to Sally as Ronnie's "friend". They were with their usual shadow, not the same person pictured with Charlie.
Nice way to slip in a Bondy reminiscence, though. ;-)

I have to say that, after few days or rehearsals , we didn't get many interesting news , beside memory motel and few more info. I don't really care about mick's dinner menu and stuff like that. Maybe it is better like that, I will be surprised after the tour will start

THE Rolling Stones sound check at Adelaide Oval on Thursday will be so loud that it has forced the cancellation of a violin concert at the nearby Festival Centre.
Violinist Niki Vasilakis is feeling “disappointed” that her cocktail concert was canned because it clashed with the planned tests by the world’s biggest rock’n’roll band on the other side of the River Torrens.
Ms Vasilakis said her concert series and other events on the same night had been cancelled.

Keith is pictured with Dave Natale, one of the top audio engineers in the business. A great mixer. Keith's guitar tech is Pierre.

Is someone going to report from the soundcheck on thursday maybe live for us on iorr ? 
As you can see it's from 6 to 8pm so you can plan your journey if you live near by the venue.

Up to now there has not been much activity with building up the stage at the Adelaide Oval, but last night the first stage towers were up. Monday morning in Adelaine and the trucks and stage workers are starting the race to bild the Stones stage in less than four dates, it should be ready by Thursday.

If anyone is in town and is silly enough to stand in 35 degree blazing heat, the SAFC/MSS Security and Intercontinental all suggest via their "I'm not allowed to say, top secret" that the band is down at Glenside again.
It's too hot for me and I figure that my first RS show here in 19 years is enough.
Question and criticise my lack of dedication, certainly. 35 degrees in the shade after a hard day's work will do that to you.
Plus we know the system by now. The vote songs will be much like Abu Dhabi, only warhorses to choose from. The rarities suggested will be no rarer than Beast of Burden,Paint it black or All down the line - which I'd be thrilled with.
If it's more temperate tomorrow I'll look again.
