Like the many songs that mention the stones, there are lots of references to the Stones in popular culture, the press, and the business community. I always get a kick out of it when I come across one. Something fun for the Holiday weekend.

I'm not quite sure what I mean either with sssoul, so feel free to go with it wherever you want.

As stated above, I also was under the beleif that "Wild Horses couldn't drag (them, you, me) away" was a phrase in popular usage in the 1950s by youth and young adults. I am 63 and I never used it or heard it used, when I was young, so this is a phrase that was popular among persons currently older or quite a bit older than 63.

Other than The Rollng Stones usage in their song, I have heard it used in conversation in some movies depicting the 1950s. Two that come to mind are "The Talented Mr. Ripley", and "Joshua Tree 1951: A Portrait of James Dean".
