RollingFreakI don't disagree, but what are ya gonna do. Marty is an ass kisser, so he'll do whatever the artist wants. And I guess its be able to make one under Bob's conditions, with new interviews with him (however inaccurate moments might be), or not get the chance to do. Or one gets made without Bob's involvement. This is probably the best that could be hoped for, and in the end it provides some incredible footage at the very least. And its long, which doesn't actually do it any favors, but at least they threw everything in instead of making it short. Overall, its far from perfect, but I'm still happy to exists. Bob's participation alone, no matter how brief, makes it worth it to me.Quote

P.s. still miffed a bit about the whole gag of Rollin Thunder Revue.. Bob I get doing it, but Marty? Maybe Taxi Driver is really a documentary disguised as narrative.

If you want long, watch the Renaldo and Clara movie he made. That's where most (if not all) of the Rolling Thunder footage came from.
It's a slog, but some of it is good and a lot of it is interesting.

So The Rough And Rowdy Way World Wide Tour continues beyond the originally given time span, “2021-2024”? That is, Never Ending Tour under a different moniker.
By the way, did you watch A Complete Unknown, slewan?

55 dates so far for this year. Damn impressive, with a lot of back to back nighters. I know its a less energetic show than the Stones, and many will claim Bob's never had a voice that needs to be "saved", but guy clearly lives to be on the road. I'll probably try to catch the Hollywood Bowl show just cause. These guys will all be gone soon and the Complete Unknown film made me nostalgic even if it won't be a hits filled show.
