OT: Surf Rock

So I was listening to the Pulp Fiction soundtrack again (one of the greatest soundtracks of all time IMO) and I really like some of the surf rock on it. Can anyone point me in a direction for some good 60s surf rock comps? Thanks!

Pulp Fiction is one of the most overrated movies of all time. Tarantino is a hack who revels in senseles violence, which for some reason passes for cutting edge cinema.

But I do love me some surf.

Picked up a DVD in the cheap bin once called "Riding the Giants", it's a bit of the history of surfing, good movie.

Top 100 surfing songs.

Watch Jackie Brown again. Think that movie is superior to Pulp Fiction. Most subtle thing Quentin has ever done. It gets better every time I see it."Across 110th St."...

The two mentioned by Rollin' Stoner and Rockman are great!

Also these 4 from Sundazed (sold separately):

And this from Ace:

Okay, there are some real gems in Surf music, but ~80% of what I have heard is dreadful!
A real gem is this one:
The Duo-Tones - Surf Music Unplugged

I bought this, because one of the duo is Paul Johnson (=Belairs!);
this one has just acoustic guitars.
I was a bit sceptical first before hearing it, but this has grown on me.
Check it out!

Thanks for the suggestions so far. I picked up 'Cowabunga" from Rhino but haven't had a chance to listen to it yet. Anyone have any thoughts on it?

Indeed. This is by far one of my favorite live albums, with THE best version of Blowin' in the Wind.
