Great to hear it like this! Those deconstructed tracks really do show quite some new stuff.
Like, Taylor uses the Gibson ES-355 for slide, with the Varitone in the second position. He seemed to really have liked that for slide and lead guitar playing. Richards uses the LP Junior, a guitar that always sounds a bit out of tune.
And I do understand why they lowered Taylor in the mix halfway -he switches from slide to standard playing at around 1:30, and then it becomes a very busy mix, with both guitars playing lead parts that clash here and there.
There's a second rhythm guitar panned in the middle that sounds suspiciously like Jagger.

There are apps. You can find on internet that you can isolate all vocals and instruments.Or just combine some with others.
