Yeah, Can't Be Seen is a mess - but hats off to Keith for choosing something a bit less predictable.
Seems to need one more rhythm guitar to keep it tight and give it drive.

Its heart's in the right place though.

Seems like a laid back place/vibe/show.

In Oslo the sound mix was just as in the video, with Keith really loud in the mix. Every little hesitation and wrong chord was right in our faces. Maybe they should beef Ronnie up a little and soften Keith's sound a bit?

I agree, I think it's nice they're trying. And it's way better now than in Oslo.

Yup. It requires working on - between shows.
They can pull off Happy and BTMMMR in their sleep - nad the audience respond immediaitely to them.
I really love this number - on album and live 89/90 - so really want it to work. That's down to them, (sans Mick the discipliarian).

What is wrong Keith? I am scared. I never heard that he failed on Brown Sugar before. Terrible.

That was truly awful. Keith was slurring his guitar...

In Boston or Chicago 2002 he did the same...

He screwed up the intro.
Sometimes these things happen.

Very often he flubs the BS intro. Surely you must have noticed?

This was different, though. He started with the chord on the bridge and tried to tie it together from there smiling smiley

"I never heard that he failed on Brown Sugar before"...

Then, schwonek, you haven't seen some videos from 2003 tour (Stade De France, for example)... After all, what's the point? The conclusion that Keith sometimes messes up? It always happens. Just remember some botched intros of "Under My Thumb" on 1981/82.

2007 was THE year for funny BS intros! >grinning smiley<

He was messing up simple intros on the Licks tour.

He is now 70+.

We are lucky to still have him doing his thang, even if with the occasional clang.

Hey, hang on a minute - maybe it's deliberate! He does have a sense of humour after all!

Read the 'About' section of this video. The uploader claims that Jagger was angry (and shouting something) when Keith messed up the opening chords of BS in Zürich.

To me it looks/sound like:
a) Mick Jagger loses his stage tension for a second when Keith fails
b) Ronnies guitar is cranked up in the mix quickly
c) Lisa Fisher quickly makes up some stuff to sing to cover for Keith

I agree with b and c, but not with a.
MJ makes a gesture to express his frustration, with his back turned to the audience. I can easily imagine there was an expletive audible at that time.
