I just found this ace site featuring a great page on A Degree of Murder/Mord Und Totschlag film. Text is in German, but there is a great collection of photos most previously unseen including some of Brian with Keith present in studio in Germany working on where to place music in the film etc.

The September date is wrong, Page's people must have used some online site or book which just about all state the wrong date for the recording session(s). The Page photos can be no earlier than December 1966. So, most likely to be from between December 1966 - February 1967 with emphasis on Jan/Feb '67.

Going by Keith's hair that looks to be circa the Cannes film festival, probably where Keith stayed with Anita during the festival and where he hung out when Brian attended the premier with Anita and had one last go at getting her back.
