A second show at San Francisco's SBC Park has been announced!

I noticed they are now having "post sales" in previously sold out venues. What does this mean?

Is it a fan club deal? I believe they are accessing some tickets for post sell-outs.

It means to me that these venues are not really sold out.

I suspect there are various blocks of tickets that are being sold. I think there is an allocation for the Pre May 9th presale, the post may 10th Presale, the various venue presales, and the general public sale. I think they hold back a number of tickets and then claim the show is sold out. After the hype about how the show is sold out, they are then releasing another block of tickets to the fan club members. Ingenious marketing, but not really sell outs.

I think you're right, ifucantrockme. I don't think those shows are even close to being sold out. (The Philly show certainly isn't.) I suspect it's just another attempt to charge people an additional $100 for the fan club membership, instead of just allowing us to buy tickets without having to buy the membership as well. If that's the case, it's truly shameful.

I'm also guessing that alot of those $400 tickets in the presale, will suddenly become $160 tickets in the postsale.

Something going on with the Houston show! Pre-sale was announced, the link showed on Ticketmaster yesterday, and now it's not there. Sure seems to be a lot of funny stuff happening with this tour.

This is blatant rip-off bullshit! On Sunday one minute into the public sale I can't get anything but nose bleeds, Now after people spend money on inferior seats (and are told the show is sold out) suddenly the tickets that should have been available to the public without being ripped off for "a membership" are once again available if you are willing to be F****d over the second time for that almighty extra hundred bucks.....This whole ticket procedure has been one giant scam from the start.
