Anyone thought of a possible Donald Cammell (Performance) connection?
Hyde Park was only 12 months after the film was shot and Anita, in particular at the time seemed to be on social terms with him and his mates.

Kenneth Anger's manager said "do you have any more of the group shots? is that Cammell standing behind them?"

And Kenneth Anger has directly clocked in on this -- his manager said "i did show him the photos from hype park - he said the guy was maybe in lucifer but he didnt remember his name."

So, that's doesn't bring the inquiry closer to resolution, but at least we know that particular resource is exhausted.

The manager didn't think to suggest his name might be Van Leuven? The guy is not in Lucifer rising, but possibly in Invocation Of My Demon Brother.

Donald Cammell is not shown in any Hyde Park photos.

Kenneth Anger's recollection is that perhaps this fellow was in Lucifer Rising. He didn't say Invocation of My Demon Brother, and not everyone agrees Mystery Guy is in the latter film; I suppose I could ask again, but unless there were a reason for the inquiry, other than it being a bee in the collective bonnet of a klatch of people on a Rolling Stones' fan board, it would seem pretty silly.

Just watching the new Hyde Park Bluray and I noticed that during "Sympathy for the Devil" our mystery man has climbed up in the tree to get a better view.
