Morello's work is awful : the chords should be played the way the Young Bros play it, low on the neck.
The high-on-the-neck plink-plonk sucks the life out of the song (imo).

Unfortunately, 22,000 in attendance may disagree. I wouldn't think any AC/DC band member would have any problem with this version or tribute.

A) "the majority is always wrong" Mort Sahlyou know what happens at any rock shows and specially at any Brooce gig : you have this collective trance which makes the audience swallow everything that's played to them.
"Wow Brooce just played "I Got You Babe" then “More Than A Feeling” and he rocked, dude! And Morello's solos kicked @ss, man!"
That's why I never trust rock shows reviews, I wait for live tapes to make my own judgement...

One of the greatest attributes of AC/DC is their perfected art of the double entendre, when it comes to cover versions there is plenty to be lost, not only in the propulsive rhythm but in the delivery.
Bruce’s version works/worked for his audience.
#1 favorite band The Rolling Stones
#2 favorite band AC/DC

Not a patch on the original but hats off to Bruce and co for trying it. Thanks for posting the clip.

The first picture sort of looks like the Gastown Area, where Bryan Adams has a studio. I would guess they may be recording there.

Is that the studio that The Cult, Aerosmith - I think, Bon Jovi, Motley Crue etc recorded at in the 1980s with Bob Rock and whoever else?
