A mundane vid to go with a mundane song?
If that's the "locomotive" for the new album, the train will leave the station slowly.

Reading a great interview with the band in NME online. Nice Stones related quote by Angus when he talks of visiting Malcolm when he was in a care home in his final days.
"I'd play him a bit of guitar, and he was happy whenever we were doing that. One of the last records I ever played him was The Rolling Stones when they were doing a lot of old blues tracks (2016's Blue and Lonesome) and he just thought it was great"

Shot In The Dark now has 3.3 million views since yesterday!

Keith's admiration for Malcolm's excellent rhythm playing says much.

I like it. I don't expect some kind of cataclysmic song event ala Back In Black etc.

And it's good to see Phil Rudd looking well, he's not Meth Skinny anymore like he had gotten a few years ago.

I went to his Bar/Restaurant a few years ago, and to see his "Back In Black" Drum Kit, Grammy Award and Rock N Roll Hall Of Fame Award in the bar was quite the treat, I'd never seen a Grammy Award up close and I was taken by it, I think it's primo looking item, very cool.

I'm just very happy for him, he's always represented his love of New Zealand and the events of a few years back now are consigned to history, today and tomorrow matter a lot more

Yeah, I thought that was cool. Kinda touching also.

The more I listen to the shot in the dark, the more it’s growing on me.

Where do boomers get those hideous looking quotes/screenshots?

You know, those images with an inexplicably awful photo and mismatched font that would even look outdated in the early 2000's . Do they actually get made? Is there a legitimate, traceable origin?

SO MANY QUESTIONS.

This is nice to read.
Somehow there is something going on between Stones and AC/DC fans. At least I base this on my personal experience in Germany's Oberhausen in 2003 where AC/DC opened for the Stones with an hour-and-half long show ending (I think to remember) with canon shots.
The AC/DC fans asked us Stones fans if they could go in front during their favourite band's show. They would retreat after it. Off course we trusted them and they didn't disappoint us. They were greatful.
Angus and Malcolm joining in on Rock Me Baby completed the bond on that beautiful day.

I see the Stones/AC DC connection is they both understand the "Roll" that goes with the Rock. The Stones most certainly took the music to grander and more diverse places but the boys from Australia did a lot in a narrower vision and that isn't a bad thing at all.

AC/DC have released a preview video for their song called Demon Fire. I like what I hear from the one minute clip! Sounds a bit like Safe In New York City.
Not sure how to add a link.

10 days before release date someone leaked the full album today!

What a great album, a pair of songs are some different to the usual power of AC/DC but the start, "Realize" is a great song!

It's a banger!

Not saying it's 'classic era' AC/DC of course but on it's own two feet i think this one is standing proud.

Some surprises, and a lot of BIG backing vocals.

Good to know 2020 isn't all shithouse.

Welcome back boys x

The leaked album... nothing anywhere.

Doesn't matter. It will be out soon anyway.
