Sounds good to me BluzDude.

I reckon you have seen two really good gigs there, and what I've seen of reviews...........................every single show has been a cracker. smileys with beer

These guys are COOKING.

I couldn't be happier for them...it's so bittersweet with Malcolm sidelined, but Angus, Brian and Cliff are real troupers, and brought in a great couple of blokes in Stevie and Chris to fill out the band.

I was convinced this would be their last big tour...now I'm not so sure.

The funny thing is that AC/DC’s approach is speaking to young people – or at least the ones being forced by their parents to listen. At Monday’s concert I saw more school-age kids evidently enjoying themselves (even in the presence of Mom or Dad) than at any show since Swift set up shop last month at Staples Center.

Maybe Jagger should be angling to join these guys onstage.

"“I hope you guys like rock ’n’ roll,” Johnson said at the time, “because that’s all we do.”

>grinning smiley< smileys with beer I remember that French c^nt Emmanuelle Gaume who asked them on the set of "Nulle part ailleurs" around 1996 : "hey guys why don't you record a rap song!? " (I warned you she was a c^nt...).

And Mal or Angus replied cunningly : "we did, with "Back In Black!".

She was gobsmacked! thumbs up

...You're right, I was at Dodger stadium too, it (the stadium) was okay, but AC/DC was great!
(as I mentioned before, the sound was better in Glasgow.)

I was thinking of going, but had second thoughts.
I'd rather wait for an arena show.

Maybe what Angus or Mal referred to was a Wrap Album, one that opens up, like a double album. These answers are priceless.

I think I will go down to Australia to catch a show or two! It was pouring rain when I went in Edmonton, so want to catch them in a dry environment!

Are they playing anything from Flick of the switch? Fly on the wall? Who made who? Blow up your video? Ballbreaker? How about Stiff upper lip?

Pulled up my old Back In Black record yesterday. My dad had never actually heard the whole record before so he actually suggested listening to it, even asking "is this like one of those classic albums?" I said "its the second best selling album of all time (which he didn't believe) so I think so!" He knew Hells Bells, Back In Black, and YSMANL, and he really liked the rest of it. Told him Shoot To Thrill is one of their best and he agreed it sounded pretty damn good. Was happy he also liked deep cuts like What Do You Do For Money, Let Me Put My Love Into You and Shake A Leg. All in all, he thought it was a fine record and understood why many love the band.

First time I had heard the album in full in years. Truly forgot how incredible it is. Had to explain the whole backstory about how the band was essentially done after their singer died and this record shouldn't have been anywhere near as good as it was. Definitely an incredible record and a great story. Who would have thought they'd still be going strong 35 years later!

Any rumours about AC DC continuing the Rock or Bust tour into next year?

I have seen 7 shows on this tour around Europe this summer and hope they play next year.

Nate thumbs up

Hopefully more dates are added in NA after these initial 20. Looks like they're playing every third night or about 10 shows a month. Must be very tiring for Angus to run around so much as well as Brian's voice! To think that in the early 80's they were doing 5-6 shows a week! Glad they're still rockin in their 60's!!
