A 62 year old man singing about a cock in his ass.........great opener indeed! This may be the most stupid 'opener request' I've seen so far.

That is a cool suggestion of a song to be heard
from the "4 bastards" called the Rolling Stones!

This song was given to London/Decca Records in 1970 by the Stones for their final single that they owed the label. London/Decca refused to release it. It was released in 1983 in West Germany on the album The Rest of the Best as a bonus single, but then dropped from the album after just 4 weeks of it's release. Features only Mick and Keith, but there is a bootleg of the song out there with the entire band playing on it, recorded sometime around the mid 70s.

Vocal: Mick Jagger Acoustic Guitar: Keith Richards

@#$%& Blues
(aka Schoolboy Blues)
(Jagger/Richards)

Well, I'm a lonesome schoolboy
And I just came into town
Yeah, I'm a lonesome schoolboy
And I just came into town
Well, I heard so much about London
I decided to check it out

Well, I wait in Leicester Square
With a come-hither look in my eye
Yeah, I'm leaning on Nelsons Column
But all I do is talk to the lions

Oh where can I get my cock sucked?
Where can I get my ass @#$%&?
I may have no money,
But I know where to put it every time

Well, I asked a young policeman
If he'd only lock me up for the night
Well, I've had pigs in the farmyard,
Some of them, some of them, they're alright
Well, he @#$%& me with his truncheon
And his helmet was way too tight

Oh where can I get my cock sucked?
Where can I get my ass @#$%&?
I ain't got no money,
But I know where to put it every time

I'm a lonesome schoolboy in your town
I'm a lonesome schoolboy

I wouldn't want this song to be played at all. It's really horrible IMO.

Stones rehearsed a filthy 6.50 version at the Bearsville Studio, Woodstock in 1978.

Hello all,
I was reading Stones Gear last night and mention is made of a full band version that was recorded at Stargroves in 1970.

Any releases of this?

Better to sing about a cock in your ass than to perform a pain in your ass like Miss You or Emotional Rescue ...

No cock-ass singing ever. Even Miss You would be better....

This is getting out of hand. Why don't they open up with a John Denver song or Frankinstein by Edgar Winter.....geeeez

horrible song, wouldnt think it would be a good idea to sing it live anywhere, especially if kids are present. its cringeworthy enough as an adult.

it dosent show the stones in a good light at all, totally unnecessary to release except maybe to wind up the record company they owed a song to.

the stones are much better than this so why reduce themselves to performing this crap.

I'd prefer Dance, part one as an opener. or part two even.

You obviously don't fully appreciate the history of why this was recorded in the first place. It's sick, it's funny and a great big f*ck you to DECCA. Rolling Stones PLC would never play this in front of an audience.

Much better lyrics like : ...I bet you keep your pussy clean, ... Black girls just wanna get @#$%& all night, ... With a needle and a spoon, ...Sweet cousin cocaine, lay your cool cool hand on my head ... if kids are present.

There's a irony here no?....This what a lot of kids (boys & girls) were reduced to in the 60s and still are in greater numbers in this time.........in real life ...and not just as recipients of historical and topical musical journalism..........I think it shows the Stones in a brilliant light, they reflect a horrible aspect of society perfectly.

That doesn't mean I think it'll be the next show opener...........(even though Mick did want to name the tour the "@#$%& off tour"...........grinning smiley
