I like the concept; musicians from anywhere in our world, connected by a song, playing it their way in their own environment but coming together just as One. Music rules. Thank you Keith and others.
Rock and roll,

FFS, Koen - is gratuitous rudeness your idea of a good time?
Run along and see what you can do to make the world a more beautiful place, ok?

I doubt he spent too much time on it. But yeah, "Get Up Stand Up" did remind me of those Gap Christmas commercials. The song is supposed to be strident, angry, a call to arms. It was co-written by Peter Tosh, after all. AND the title contains two imperatives. Cover versions always sound as if they were sung by couch potatoes. "Words of Wonder" was fine, though.

we have to be careful, the keith fanboys are a sensitive bunch and start crying pretty quickly.
i go down to the islands alot and actual raggae that is played down there isnt this..a band in the lounge at one of the tourist traps plays this kinda shit.
i've seen keiths mansion on the hill where he hired the local musicians to make it look like they were one big happy family playing raggae.
after he split town some of them would come to the gate looking for money, only to be turned away.some buy it- some dont.

Word of advice, Lem:
If you're going to criticize something that others are enjoying and present yourself as an expert who has more knowledge on the subject than the others involved in the conversation, you may want to learn how to spell the topic correctly. Possibly you are an expert in RAGGAE but you'll have to tell us what your made up word means before any of us can be expected to discuss it with you.
Peace,
Mr DJA
