There is also no curfew in Budapest and the Stones started at 21: 20 in 2007

Hello guys!

I managed to get a standing ticket for the gig, and I'd really like to get a spot in the front row. How early should I be at the venue? I was thinking noon, but I don't really know if that's too early or too late? It would be splendid if any of you could give me some advice. X

When U2 played at Vienna in 2009 I arrived at 7am and I was number 74 this is The STONES show and I think noon it's much too late ;-)

Hmm alright, then I'll have to take the train to Vienna the day before the gig cause the first train from my place to Vienna doesn't get there til 11.30am. Doesn't matter though, I can't wait!

Anyway I'll be in Vienna day before and I'll check the situation, but on Monday my friends and I meet at 7-8 am in front of the gates

It will be a long day... BTW: Which gate?

8 am sounds fair enough. Figure to get to the venue around that time. See you there!

ANyway I don't know yet, but it will be my 4th gig there, so I think I will find a correct one. Yep, it's gonna be a verrry long day, but the evening rewards all :-)

Right, I'll get there at about 7-8am too then. Oh, and are there any restrooms near the stadium? Just in case, you know.

Yes, there are toi-toi's but near stadium is shopping-center and there are more comfortable restrooms and for free

@vedran, forget it to take taxi after the show, catch u2 from stadion and go directly to mariahilferstrasse!!

The Temperance Movement are a great band, saw them in 2013 in a small club with less than 100 visitors. They were good in Zurich too, but unfortunatly, a little bit too short. Normally, the support act for the Stones is 45 minutes, they played only 25. They are also support act in Berlin, Düsseldorf and Vienna.

based on my observation (the amount of this icon within this thread) you guys are not only die-hard Stones fans, but heavy beer lovers as well.
That´s fine by me, too. Any ideas from you locals of a meeting point before the show?

booked train tickets for this concert with a stopover in Bratislava on Saturday, should be a lot of fun.
