Be aware of ebay concerning these tickets! If the shows will be canceled (I hope not, of course, but this is surely not absolutely unlikely) you won´t get any refund ...
I do not understand your Statement. When you are buying the Tickets, you are the Lawful owner of the tickets and thatfore the recipient of the benefit(entry to concert). Never mind what the original invoice stating the name. Can be a present, too. Certainly does help the original invoice. Nevermind what the AGB of e.g. Ticketmaster is saying.
When buying Tickets from a Band, with Members mostly in the Age above 70 it is more likely that a Concert gets canceled, than the members are 40 years younger. I guess, we can get a Bet Quote from Bet365 ;-)

bild.de seems only to provide the link towards ticketmaster, once you are on ticketmaster you can only buy 2 tickets for each account.
Now, what you can do (and friends), is to start different ticketmaster accounts, for example with your work address or a friends adress and data.
If you then click on bild.de-link and have you 'new account' open for ticketmaster, you should be able to order to more tickets.
As I see it, ticketmaster calls the shots here. And even if you have logged in via the same bild.de accounbt all the time, you can still get more tickets with different ticketmaster accounts open at the same time.

I am sure some people here have some experience with the German Ticketmaster:
1) How long does it ususally take them to send the tickets?
2) Do they always send some tracking number so that I can follow it and assume when will I get it?
