Mine too Adams. Apparently the Railway Station attracts hookers and junkies late at night so be careful ! I'm on the Ryanair Flight from Stansted and land at 1115pm. Just great :-)

They're there 24/7. But they're of the harmless kind, though

For those who stay at the Anker Hostel, don't go down to the river in the park underneath the bridge at night. That can be dangerous.

I'm in the Anker. It's huge and reviews are fine. It won't be luxurious but hey, it's a bed for the night for about 20GBP/25EUR.

I have a golden circle 1 ticket to give away, it s the better side meaning that of Keith Richards as you probably now. Dunno if you re interested. A buddy of mine isn t going along with me in the very last minute thus I m going alone myself, Just give me a shout if interested.

I have never seen hookers around Oslo S station but they are of course around in the area betweeen the station and the Akershus fortress like in any other big city. Just move around in busy areas and you will be fine. Oslo is a safe city unless you are drunk.

Also, the "plata" junkies spot is no more at Oslo S so Oslo appears to be a clean city to tourists. The police move them aroud every summer.

I know it has been discussed, but is there a place where everyone meets before the show? My plan is to be at the arena well before they open the doors. But I have day off from work so my wife and me will be going to Oslo for a few beers early (we live 30 min from Oslo).

Also seems I have to check out the arena at friday, since thats another day off from work feel the vibes....
