Chicago 1 & 2 and they were great gigs. I am still holding out hope that one day I will get to see them play a Chuck Berry song! Have seen them 13 times since 1997 and have yet to catch them playing a Chuck Berry tune.

2013: Unemployed, $190 in my bank account, Taylor's on tour with them, closest show was going to be a 3-hr drive to Philly. But the $85's for Philly had sold out. Had seen every Keith/Stones/barbarians US tour since 1978, was resigned to not going except I really wanted to see them with Taylor; just once.
All of the sudden, they announce the last US date: an arena 2.5 miles from my apartment. Amazingly, I get a ticket screen 15 seconds into the sale, scoring 2 $85's, emptying my bank account. No upgrades seemed to be happening for the DC show, but whatever; I'll watch from the last row and pay my respects one last time, 35 years to the exact week since I first saw them.
I head to the show to collect my upper-rafter nosebleed seats to my last Stones' show and voila! Wrist-banded for Pit action and caught the show 12 feet from the stage lip on Ronnie's side with Keith coming over in front of us more than usual. It's like they knew (or, I was using up my last bit of Stones' karma credit for all of this to happen). May the ride continue for everyone in Australia and Europe later this year!

Montreal Bell Centre last June with my two daughters (11 and 13) who told me again last week that if the band comes back to Montreal in the future.... They'd like to go again.
