Tongue stage back ?

The lips are back!!!

I visited Shanghai in my backpacking days back in the mid-'80's when the only place for western music then was The Peace Hotel and The Old Jazz Band playing there.
What I can remember was these old Chinese guys playing some great jazz music of the '30's and '40's and you could hear them from outside cos they were playing just inside the doors of the hotel.

Not many westerners around at that time and the first Mc Donalds had only opened fairly recently. Walked up and down the very long Nanjing Lu or Road which was the main drag of Old Shanghai.

Note: Because of Daylight Savings Time In the USA, Shanghai is only 12 Hours ahead of the East Coast of The USA.

Still I'm feeling confused as to why there are no updates 22 minutes after the band was supposed to start.

Any twitter or Internet restriction in Shanghai? Seems like the show should have started but maybe it's a typical start time of 30 to 45 min after the ticket listed time.
