Nice list.
But I don´t know how it´s with you: Sometimes Sweet Black Angel is the Nr. 1 Song of the current month. The next weeks it´s Wild Horses.
So sometimes it´s more this song you do favour.
Next time it´s another.
Right Havo: All 100!

Aaaaand: 100 Songs - so many - and I do have a little history whcih each of them.

There was already a Top-100-List (Editor's & Reader's choice) in the german Edition of the 'Rolling Stone' in 2005, see this Thread: [www.iorr.org] .

I have a theory. About 25% of the Stones songs made it to the radio; about 25% are just as good as the ones that made it to the radio; about 25% are so-so; and about 25% are mediocre or even worse. That's not a bad ratio when you think about it.

At least the German Stonesfans know how to vote. deep album tracks; from earliest days to current. I think in US the songs would have started at '68.

...well this American would have had Hand of Fate and Let it Loose... which may be Jagger's greatest vocal top 25...
Love In Vain which may be their greatest cover....certainly better than 40....and Streets of Love would have been disqualified.

No way HYSYMBaby should rank below Love is Strong. That is just wrong

After all the boxes in the last 5 years or so, it makes you wonder what they're thinking of to regurgitate.

I think the obvious ones are Rolling Stones MONO for ABKCO, and possibly superdeluxe for Sticky Fingers or Let it Bleed.

Other than that though, I think the elephant in the room is the Live records.

A complete box set on CD and on vinyl, for ALL the official releases, including the 6 download-only releases of the last couple of years.

That could be very cool indeed.
