Which trend? smiling smiley

The trend of playing good music of course.

So your correct quote would be:
"ONE of the trendsetters on the last tour", as they all were playing good music winking smiley

Here’s Mick going to rehearsal. He was the last one to come to-day.
He was nice. He had just opened the glass window and said hello with his hand.
We really appreciated.

"Silver Train", now that's what you call a "deep cut", wonder how many "blank stares" Mick would get if/when they play it live ;-)

Silver Train, wow that's the first eyebrow raiser from me out of the rehearsals. I'm in the group that actually likes that song, just not the mix on GHS's version. Lose MT on Rambler, and let him play some of those kind of songs instead.

Silver Train!!

Now we just need Had It With You, Time Waits For No One, Star Star and Little Queenie, and the setlist is done!

She's a big player so expect a few shows in France (this Summer?). She typically books big places like the Stade de France...

SILVER TRAIN was interesting... First it was barely to be heard in-between all the trucks, traffic, trains, wind and you name it. That is because they did a play-back of the song just to listen. Then they started working on it. One time, two times, and by the third time that good old Silver Train was back there just like I remember it originally many many years ago. Extended version. guitars. Everything. Just wish it will debut on this tour.

Doom & Gloom is just a song you have to love live. Waiting On A Friend a favorite. Angie, Ruby and If U Can't Rock Me. A good day's work for the Stones!

Zegut, on the radio, just talked again about the Trianon on the 10th. He compared the GdF/Trianon rumor with the Carmignac/Mogador concert in 2012. So it is still possible, he said he was waiting for a confirmation.
If this is true, at the end, it's not good news for the fans, because it's a private concert again eye rolling smiley
Plus, from Gdf, it'd be a little bit... misplaced... imo

Could bring in Mick Taylor on that too, I guess you know he did an excellent extended version with Carla Olson - live - a few years back......

Thanks for the detailed report on "Silver Train" bv!

Nice shoes indeed, can't find the exact model, an upcoming Nike "Keith Richards Fitness" model ? ;-)

Finally starting to happen again, the boys (men) are rocking it. I always get excited at this stage when they are actually doing things together again even though there's now way I can afford to travel to see them again. I do hope they change things up a bit, Silver Train would be a nice addition because it rocks.
