With the sudden and very sad cancellation of The Rolling Stones tour of Australia, we have only just got confirmation today that American saxophonist Bobby Keys, who has toured with The Stones’ for the last 40 or so years, and his band The Suffering Bastards will still play The Gov on Friday March 21 as planned.

OK Bobby Keys news.
Thursday March 27 is still going ahead.
Unfortunately due to the cancellation of The Rolling Stones tour the Bobby Keys dates have been affected. The concert on Saturday 29 March has had to be moved to Wednesday March 26.
Tickets for Saturday March 29 are now valid for Wednesday March 26. If you cannot attend the Wednesday night you can get a refund from Oztix or you can ask to be transferred to Thursday March 27,
We are just setting up the changeover to the ticketing and it will be in effect from the morning.

Just arrived in Adelaide and made a run for The Gov.
Arrived 10 minutes before the gig, Bobby's rocking it on stage.
A lot of Stones people in the house, feels like home for wounded souls...

Due to unforeseen circumstances within the Hi Fi this coming Monday, we have been forced to move the BOBBY KEYS & THE SUFFERING BASTARDS show to The Basement in the city. Tickets for the HI Fi are now valid for The Basement on Monday night only. Should this venue move effect you in a way that you cannot attend The Basement, a refund will be available from place of purchase until 7pm on Monday March 24, 2014.

Caught them last night. Bobby is still on top of his game, and the organ player is awesome. The lead guitarist had some nasty flubs at time, with a couple of nasties in CYHMK. But overall, it was a fun gig, and it was super to be able to see and hear Bobby up close in a small venue.
