Great picture. It captures the Mick Jagger that is seared into our hearts and minds and souls. The coolest guy in the world and there was just something magical about his music and his look. That amazing 1968-1972 look, his youth in full blazing force. There is just something special and intangible there that I think the true fans would feel in that picture. It's some kind of magical charismatic force that was unique unto Mick.
I think you get somewhat of a sense of that magical Mick Jagger force in the 1981 Hampton show and in LSTNT. After that, I am not so sure you ever see it again. Life is so fleeting when you realize that there is less ahead as compared to behind. But you can still feel Mick's great vibe echo across the decades.
Nicely said. I keep thinking that he could still draw upon this magic, but it is really up top him, and not so much to blame on time alone. The dance 'lessons', the fact that he doesn't seem to trust his own magnetism anymore, and just stand still for a time, that when a guest comes on stage HE adapts to THEM, - he has become a slave to a code of his own making.

Nice. I like these pictures of him current, outside walking/ hiking in nature.
Had a strange thought: he and Bill Clinton seem similar/ having an appeal to the fair maidens with mega charm/ wit. Casanova.
^needs to be framed. Love the signature on the neck.

Pity I don't have a picture wearing the same trousers back then only mine was chocolate brown....with big folders, if you dropped something most of the time you could pick it up from your folder
