In light of today's tragic events, I would imagine this show (and possibly one or two others) may have to be rescheduled.

I'm thinking the entire rest of the tour may be shut down. This is heavy news. I doubt Mick is in any condition to perform and may not be ready for months.

I can't see Mick dancing and smiling and doing the "Yeah! Yeah! Yeah! WHOOO!" in the near future and quite frankly I wouldn't want to. Under these circumstances, what would come to mind if I were to see Mick would be "Very sorry for your loss". How is he going to sing "Miss You" (or other suddenly poignant songs)? There are times when the show doesn't have to go on. A relatively young woman whom we have been (however remotely) acquainted with for 10 years is dead by her own hand. Set list whining will have to wait a while.

of course. Those who compare this to Brian Jones or Jagger's dad's death are being silly. It would be macabre for Mick to perform under these circumstances, which is why the reports of him about to fly to NY are undoubtedly correct.Quote
