Santiago 1995

Got this show from Rockpassion, and it's interesting for several reasons. It's a stadium show, and the soundboard guys seem to have a few problems, but it doesn't sound too bad. Of course, the uniqueness of the Stones playing in Chile (this was on Feb 19, 1995) makes it an event in of itself. This is the first time I've heard "It's All Over Now" from the latter days, and I like it. Chuck's toy-piano plinking aside, the guys seem to be on their game (I'm writing as I'm listening). Some may not prefer Darryl as Bill's replacement, but taken on his own merits, he plays some cool riffs.

Anyone else got this one yet? More later.

"Sparks WILL Fly", indeed. Great playing, and Mick does sing that line --" 'I'm gonna f*ck your sweet ass' ". "Satisfaction" next.

Ok, I'll recommend that you gents & ladies d/l this one-- it's complete, and a good example of an open-air show from the VL tour.

Tried twice, but got fault messages both times.
Seems like the 2-3 first tracks was ok, then "kaputt".

Any possibility we can get the Paradiso or Olympia shows from 95 on Rockpassion? Anyone got those?

The more I hear from 94-95, the more I like it.

Holy smokes! Bass strings on fire-- Darryl's solo on "A Rock and a Hard Place" from Santiago is a killer-- for some of you, a bass solo on a Stones song is anathema, but naturally, I love it LOL.
