Yeah they usually announce a 1st round of north american dates, and they confirm some other continents/countries they'll visit.
Don't expect them to announce all the dates on the press conf.
Dates are added depending on how the 1st tickets are selling etc.

I dont expect them to confirm European dates until the end of 2005 (as usual). As 2006 is a World Cup year, they might wish to see the schedule for the games after the draw is made in early December to avoid clashing as much as possible - ie, they might not want to play in England on the same evening as a game involving England, etc.
