The genius of Stripped

Have always liked the fast numbers, but have given Angie, Wild Horses, Love in Vain more attention lately and boy are they good. The music, and the musicianship, is so good that it doesnt matter if it is acoustic or electric. The sheer power of the compositions would come through under any circumstances.

I too liked stripped. Would have loved to have Beast of Burden included on the official release......the boots I've heard of Beast are great. I really thought Keith and Ron played great during the Stripped sessions.

This was shown on BBC about 10 years ago at Xmas. My VHS copy is knackered.
Anyone know where a good DVD copy can be found??

I think this is a great sounding CD, I really like parting to it. I saw Don Was hanging out at the Wiltern show during Licks and didn't know what to say so I said great job on Stripped. He smiled and was friendly.

For some reason I (way too often) forget about "Stripped" when listing late Stones albums. It is GREAT!
