Good to see some IORRians will be making this show and therefore also looking forward to seeing some YouTube footage posted--which I hope will not wind up on "The Cutting Room" floor.

That's crazy. Guess I should have bought some tickets as an "investment" when I had the chance.

I wonder what happened to the guy offering two on ebay for 350.00 or buy it now 450.00 plus postage.
He withdrew the tickets, maybe for a better offer?

Looks like I'm going Saturday night too, yay, thanks to a fan.

Not that crazy to some. Tickets for November 8 are gone, and November 9 GA are now $650.

Shows what I know. Then again, I passed up Apple, Netflix, and Facebook stock so I'm batting a thousand! Well, hope they get their money's worth.

I don't like hearing that as it sounds like 'free gig for famous friends and celebritys only', and the rest can see at high prices later.
On second thoughts they might be rehearsing in front of a live crowd the first night, and the tuned up show comes on the other 2 nights.
I do hope for the latter. smoking smiley

Not that crazy, but too much $$$ for me. I'd spend it on the whole enchilada, but not just Ronnie and Mick T. Ah well, you snooze you lose..and in this case, I mean it literally. That's what going to bed early gets you.

Yes, "last time I looked" = $150.

They'll probably go down again over the next week or two.

That's more than it cost to see the "Whole Enchilada" in The Pit!!! Good luck with that.

I think it's basically a private party, isn't it? Seems reasonable to just invite your friends to a party, and then give the public a chance to hear what you've been playing.

Anyone been to the Cutting Room before? What is the layout? I'm guessing it is smaller tha the old Bottom Line or BB Kings, maybe similar to the Iridium...

Yes. The 'demand' being the amount of celebrities and hangers on which the Stones feel obliged to cater for - at the expense of the public - every time they play a small show.

'Its only rock n roll'- apparently.

Well they do stay in suites at the Palace or the Four Seasons...

Probably a silly question for sure, but what kind of hangers-on or syncophants would the Stones attract nowadays? Surely the groupies and drug dealers are gone. Aren't they? I mean these guys are in their sixties and seventies. Maybe some record business execs and journalists, and a handful of fans seeking autographs and photos..but is that it?
