Flatbed truck was a great idea! And that's a pretty cool picture of Ringo I must say. Act Naturally.

And he sure doesn't look like he's 84. I saw him interviewed a year or so ago, fab-ulous.

It works via the free UrbanVPN extension for Chrome browsers. Or the free, built-in (non-pro) VPN of the Opera browser. Set them to United States.

I'm watching Ringo's Ryman special now. It's pretty good so far.

I think the band is a little bit too traditional for Jack White doing Don't Pass Me By. I'm 100% convinced he would rock this song hardcore with his own band. But this version is way way too safe and tame.

Not so sure I would call it a new Beatles track.

This is really well done.
Legit sources brought together by a new chef.
Giles Martin take note!

I'm hoping Apple does something like this with the '66 Budokan shows...

Thanks for the heads up SpikeNYC!

The George track is absolutely amazing. Hard to believe it wasn't done by a professional.

Thats so cool that Neptoon Records is still going,
I think it used to be across from the Moutain View cemetery around Main & 39th Ave.
We would journey over there from the west side - like 1981 - on the bus and then have these brutal choices to make because there was so much great stuff there.
We would conference together - like five of us friends and make a pact to share what we got, cause - we all had no cash - high school - paper routes, pizza drivers and drug store delivery boys
I remember - I bought The Who's Zoo and Stones at Passiac 78 there.

That guy was cool - he didn't-hassle us or resent our curiosity of the obvious (to him)

I'll check it out when I'm in Vancouver in July.

But this is a NON-STORY. The full 15 tracks of the Decca audition have been around among collectors for many years. I just checked my copy, and it has all 15 tracks on it.

The only possible story is that it's a good copy of the Master Tape.

Given that it's a non-story.... Someone who is a Beatles fan who runs a store like Neptoon, really should have know better.

You are totally right CaptainCorella, I guess a slow news day?
Good promotion for Neptoon records...
But, as you say, these tracks have been some of the easiest to get in excellent quality for a long time.

I've talked to this dude a couple of times when we descended like vultures on RSD a decade or more ago. Good times. He was always very nice.
