I was at HP1 and I would really have loved to hear Beast of Burden again on the DVD! And PIB (the first really HUGE crowd pleaser that day, as I experienced it)... for starters. Glastonbury was excellent, I would love that too. Hoping for another disc set, it would be a pity if they exclude such songs. But I´ll buy it (or put it on my wish list). Good times!

I'm just nitpicking, it's a bright and colorful cover, but those details are just odd.

I think there is a kind of humour on this cover as: " Hey, watch on your right! Maybe we come from the "back", but we're still alive to play rock'n roll"

As far as price is concerned, it's tough to compete with imported products. So they have to attach every conceivable bells and whistles.

A couple of years ago I asked on the Pearl Jam boards why Japan/Australia always some bonus tracks. They told me it was a combination of 2 reasons. I was told that music/DVD's coming from outside that market are more expensive in the South Pacific on account of the logistics, and so some bonus stuff is usually thrown in by bands/labels to compensate. Secondly, and this is what you were talking about, the Japanese music industry is deregulated, and they can sell whatever the hell they want. So bonus tracks are added to entice buyers and keep them from buying cheaper versions, unauthorized versions, or whatever.

Not sure if all that is true, but it made sense so I just accepted it.

It might be worth holding out and seeing if the Australian version includes Emotional Rescue,as it may be a lot cheaper to import.

Isn't it ironic? As the years go by and the new product fades in quality, it's price continues to rise.

Kinda weird that a concert in a park would use fake trees with the stage. I guess that's the age we live in.
