But, I will tell you that we actually have a clause in our constitution that forbids the granting of titles, and our Senate once tried to get an amendment to the constitution that would strip anyone of their citizenship if they accepted a title from a foreign country. There was a lot of debate over what to call George Washington as our first president before they finally settled on Mr. President.
To bring this back, we do have a King of Pop, The King of Rock and Roll, and Mr. James Brown is Soul Brother Number One, which is almost the same as a king.

I'm getting confused now, I thought James Brown was the Godfather and Hardest Working Man in Show Business?
Although I won't dispute he is in fact soul brother number one, I just didn't know that was an actual title.
