"Rarest" implies it's relative to the eye of the beholder? Okay then I got

Route 66
Shattered
Some Girls
As Tears go by
Let it Bleed
Can't you hear me Knocking
Love is Strong
Ruby Tuesday
Beast of Burden
Waiting on a Friend
Worried about You
She's so cold
Dancing with Mr D
Play with Fire
Like a Rolling Stone

For me, very rare:

Moon Is Up
Melody

both Shepherds Bush Empire 1999

I Wanna Be Your Man
Going Down

both O2 London, 2012

and fairly rare:

Get Up, Stand Up. - Philly 2005
Parachute Woman - Orpheum, Boston 2002
Rock Me Baby - Orpheum, Boston, 2002

and three songs every time I've seen the Band:

Brown Sugar, Tumbling Dice, Honky Tonk Women

Parachute Woman is very rare.

Hm, was Shepherd's Bush Empire the only time they played "Moon Is Up"?

Anyway, for me, the answer is "Fool To Cry" at London Stadium in 2018. Brought me chills.

"Play With Fire" I guess is pretty rare too, heard it in Hamburg in 2017 and Chicago #2 in 2019

And hey, "Neighbors" in Dublin in 2018!

It's not that important to me to hear rare Songs, but there are a few songs that came as a surprise and I remember them because I enjoyed those performances a lot. The following three come to mind:

Emotional Rescue
Play with Fire
Worried about You

I keep a list of all the songs I’ve heard them sing and the # of times heard. To me, I look forward to hearing something new each time I see them, and so long as I get at least one song I haven’t heard before I think it was worth the ticket price lol. There was one show - can’t remember which but it was on the ABB tour - where I didn’t get any new songs and I was so bummed. Of course it’s getting harder and harder to get a new song not heard before I feel like.

All from 2003, and while they may not be "rare", I don't think I've personally ever seen them performed before or since.

Dance - Vredenburg, Utrecht
Heartbreaker - Vredenburg
Lovin´Cup - Stockholm Globen
No Expectations - Stockholm Cirkus and Vredenburg
Hand of Fate - Stockholm Cirkus, Vrednburg, and Astoria London
Worried About You - Stockholm Cirkus, Vredneburg, and Astoria London

And from 1981 - Twenty Flight Rock L.A. Coliseum (twice)

-------------------------------------------------------

edit: Forgot to add Faraway Eyes and Sway at Staples '13 (show #2)and Come Together played only once at Desert Trip (wkd. 1)- it was terrible, but surely that's a rarity!

Time Is On My Side - Osaka, 20/03/1998

Played for the first and only time since 1982, and never again to this day. Definitely not only the highlight of the night, which was the group’s Osaka debut, but also the entire Japanese leg of the B2B Tour, of which I attended 5 out of 6, all but for the tour’s opener in Tokyo. I will never forget the moment the song title of the internet vote was projected on the back screen, the tremendous roar from my locals who filled to the top of the then newly built Osaka Dome (now renamed as Kyocera Dome), the rather hesitant and cautious start of the introduction and then the crowd going crazy when Mick launched into the monologue in the middle bit, agitating every one of us into a wild mass hysteria. One of those shivers-down-the-spine memories among all of my Stones experiences.

Hard to believe 23 years have passed since then...where has all the time gone?
