All shows after a certain point were filmed, I assume. I mean, they had cameras for the big screens, you'd think they would have hit record every time.

True, but several were not even kept and used for the sole purpose of the huge screens. If they all been kept, many more would have surfaced and been unofficially released. There are probably many more we don't even know about.

You can assume that from 1970/71 on just about each and every show was recorded straight from the mixing desk, and at least a dozen or so shows per tour where recorded professionally on multi-track tape.

Freddy Hauser who filmed the 76 paris shows, was on stage in Paris in 1982 with a camera. Can't remember if it was 13 or 14. Talked to him one time at a Clapton show in Paris about his filming and he said it was shit. Don't know if he said that about filming quality or credit problemes.

SOUNDBOARDS of Detroit and Oakland '69? Cleveland '75?

Indeed, not the full shows of Detroit and Oakland, refer to 1969 soundboard collection album. The detroit SB is quite unlistenable, though. Oakland isn't bad, but he instruments are not as balanced as on liver. As for Cleaveland 1975, according to Nico Zentgraf's archive website, one exists, but my guess is that it hasn't been leaked in any way. Either that, or I need to keep searching.

We can assume so, but the ones I point out can most likely be found on bootleg or an official release somewhere, although granted that I missed some.

Keep in mind, this list is only really for recordings that are can probably be found on some sort of release, bootleg or not. It would be futile to just list off every single show they ever did.

I added a lot of us suggestions, so thank you. However, I'm not too sure about this show. You might have it confused with an audience recording since I found one that sounds pretty decent. If you could clarify that there is an actual soundboard, I'd appreciate it.

Can the Newark pay per view be purchased? Or will it be released? I would love to have it as I showed up onscreen lol!

I don't see it being released anytime soon. The whole thing is on youtube, though, and several sites have posted the hd broadcast.

I had never heard of Boston 1969 soundboards. Are these available on CD ?

Have heard of Detroit, Balt and Oakaland but all are partial shows. In fact Balt is just one song, love in vain. Or at least that is my understanding.

And which CD has the Philly 7/21 concert in its entirety ? All the CDs I have seen are a mish mash of all 3 philly shows.

Please advise if you know. Thanks

Great list...but I have a question.

Are there no soundboard recordings of the 1970 European tour before the Paris date? This would include Malmo, Gothenberg, Stockholm, Hamburg and several others from early September 1970.

I'm surprised my local DVD boot dealer doesn't offer the Newark PPV for sale. They do offer the Newark concert before it, and the concerts from the L.A. stand, minus the most wanted, the one night they let Mick Taylor loose.

At least not to my knowledge, but there is a possibility.
