Somebody probably 1)saw him with a glass in his hand at Jo's do, added it to 2}his regular rehab checkups and made it come to 16 or thereabout.

Ronnie himself has recently admitted that he can't party and keep off the booze, but I haven't read any reports of him oozing out of bars and nightclubs in the wee sma' hours.
