That sounds awesome.
But the price for vinyl is not a "bargain"(or as we say here in Germany "Schnäppchen")

Thank you for the second song!

Albeit the sound is very, very good, there is something to it that I don't like, some sort of "wailing"...can't put it into words, but it's annoying and it's on both tracks. I don't know what it is.

Is it on the original version, too? Is it some sort of tape damage on the original tape? Or is it some sort of gate on one of the instruments (maybe the cymbals?)?

Or is it just me?

No no I too find that it sounds slightly weird/hollow, as if it was lossy (but it's not).
Methinks the ultimate version of Brixton will come when someone matrixes the SB with the exc aud tape(s) we already have. More depth, more audience participation, well you know the story.

I think all instruments sounds very good, but Mick's voice is a bit buried in the mix compared to official releases, and on Far Away Eyes his voice even sounds a bit distorted.

Wow, this sounds great. I agree that the guitars overpower Mick's voice just a wee bit, but that is a minor quibble. Never thought I would hear this show in this quality. Hopefully if any more samples are posted, it could be an electric number like JJFlash or something. I'd just like to hear how the electric guitars sound on this.

Thanks for the samples mrsoul.

I stand corrected. My suspicion was wrong! This is great quality indeed. Thanks for the samples, mrsoul!

Funny how some here examine the sound quality as if it's an official release!

Listening to Meet Me In The Bottom, it springs to mind how interesting the Stones concert history could have been if only they would have followed this route a bit more. But the problem is that probably a large percentage of today's ticket buyers would not understand why the play a song like this.

What's next? Would love to hear the Paradiso gig with Still A Fool in this quality!
