original stones cd vs a computer enhanced better sounding stones cd?

Hello,I would like your opinion about owning an original stones cd vs a computer enhanced better sounding stones cd? I would rather own an original inferior sounding stones cd than one that has been computer enhanced with a much better sound. I was trying to explain this to my spouse this evening without much success, so I thought, perhaps I need to ask the experts on IORR? I own cd's from OBR,C2C,early VGP,Swingin' Pig,Invasion Unlimited,Dragoman,Midnight Beat,Dandelion,Crystal Cat,& Westwood One.When I began collecting stones cd's, you would only buy the same show because it was on a lower generation tape, which meant it was a new discovery tape source, and better sounding; But it wasn't better sounding because someone took the same version and enhanced the sound on a computer!?! This isn't about an original cd vs. a copy cdr.
Perhaps I am wrong? I obviously haven't mentioned any computer enhanced stones cd label's in an effort to remain impartial; But do any of these sound like a computer enhancement: 'Appy Birthday Dear Nickie 24/02/73;Superfonic Seattle 15/10/81;Wembley Stadium 24/04/99;Benefit Concert 22/04/79;Johannesburg 25/02/95;Gonna Bust Another Bottle-Mick's Birthday 1972; Lonestar Shooters-Ft. Worth 1972? Perhaps I am wrong.

Cheers
